Skippack Township would like to update residents on road paving projects that may affect travel and parking. Please review the details below and plan accordingly.
Paving on Perkiomen Creek Road (June 19–24)
Beginning tomorrow, Thursday, June 19, paving will take place along Perkiomen Creek Road, between Route 73 (Skippack Pike) and Graterford Road. Work is scheduled to continue through Tuesday, June 24.
- Traffic Impact: Expect alternating traffic patterns and significant delays throughout the project.
- Local Access Only: Perkiomen Creek Road will be open to local traffic only between Route 73 (Skippack Pike) and Graterford Road.
- Advisory: To avoid congestion and ensure worker safety, drivers are strongly encouraged to use alternate routes during this time.
Paving in Skippack Ridge and Hillendale Developments (June 23–July 2)
From Monday, June 23 through Wednesday, July 2, the final phase of scheduled paving will take place on the following roads: Mountain Top Drive, Buck Hollow Road, Mesa Lane, and Mount Laurel Circle
- Work Hours: Daily, Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Parking Restrictions: NO ON-STREET PARKING IS PERMITTED DURING WORK HOURS. Vehicles left on the road between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM will be towed at the owner’s expense.
